Service Of Collection, Capture, Transfer, Assistance, Reception And Adoption Of Companion Animals (Domestic And Wild In Captivity) From Sant Andreu De La Barca.The Object Of The Contract Will Consist In The Provision Of The Service Of Collection, Capture, Transfer, Assistance, Reception And Adoption Of Pets (Domestic And Wild In Captivity), Abandoned, Lost Or Rescued In Sant Andreu De La Barca, Within The Framework Of Law 7/2023, Of March 28, On The Protection Of The Rights And Welfare Of Animals. They Are Also Subject Of This Contract The Service Of Collection And Disposal Of Pet Animals (Domestic And Wild In Captivity) Dead On Public Roads And Other Possible Interventions In Which These Animals Are Involved And In Which The City Council Arranges It For Reasons Of Hygiene, Health, Safety And Public Tranquility. Its Characteristics Are Those That Are Established In The Technical Prescriptions Package (Ppt).
