Phase 2 (Before September 2028) Concerns The Mayors Office (Large Formats Mounted On The Walls, A Set Representing Approximately 27.58 M2 And A Canvas Mounted On Plywood In The So-Called Elected Officials Office Of 7.5 M2. These Works Are In Very Poor Condition: Drips, Alteration Of The Original Materials, Significant Cracks, Progressive Wear, Multiple Inadequate Old Interventions, And Deterioration Of The Coatings Under The Canvases. The Work Will Include Complex Interventions. If Necessary, The Treatment Will Involve The Removal Of Certain Works, Structural Consolidation, Cleaning, And Reintegration Of Missing Parts. Execution Methods: The Service Providers Must Be Approved Conservators-Restorers. Receive The Work. They Must Propose A Detailed Schedule Taking Into Account The Constraints Of An Administrative Building Open To The Public. The Interventions Can Be Carried Out On Site Or In The Workshop After Removal.
