Prior Information Notice For Public Transport Services By Railways – Ensuring The Transport Services Of The South Bohemian Region On Railway Line No. 229. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport For The Purpose Of Ensuring Transport Services In The Territory Of The South Bohemian Region, In Accordance With Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On Regions, As Amended, And § 2 Zvs On Line No. 229. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where The Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Above Revenue Will Be Fully Borne By The Contracting Authority. The Default Range Of Transport Is Up To 50,000 Wolkm Per Year, But During The Performance Of The Contract, There May Be An Increase In Transport Performance.
