Prior Information Notice For Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Passenger Transport Services On Regular Local (City And Suburban) Routes Of The Visaginas Municipality. 1. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Purchase Of Passenger Transportation Services On Local (City And Suburban) Regular Transportation Routes Of The Visaginas Municipality. The Object Of Purchase Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contract Will Be Concluded With One Carrier For The Execution Of All Routes 2. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Select A Carrier Who Will Provide Services By Transporting Passengers On Regular Local (Urban And Suburban) Routes Of The Visaginas Municipality With Vehicles That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification. 3. Routes Forming The Object Of Purchase: 3.1. Route No. 1, Visaginas City- Gardeners Associations Pavasaris, Statibininkas. The Length Of The Route Is 18.5 Km. 3.2. Route No. 2, Visaginas City-Gardeners Association Pavasaris. The Length Of The Route Is 23.3 Km. 3.3. Route No. 3, Visaginas City - Gardeners Association Vyšnia. The Length Of The Route Is 25.0 Km. 3.4. Route No. 4, Visaginas City-Cemetery. The Length Of The Route Is 40.0 Km. 3.5. Route No. 5, Visaginas City–Lapušiškės Village. The Length Of The Route Is 27 Km. 3.6. Route No. 6, Visaginas City - Makaravos Village. The Route Is Implemented In Two Ways: 3.6.1. In The First Way Of Implementing The Route, Its Length Is 33 Km. 3.6.2. When Implementing The Route In The Second Way, Its Length Is 26 Km. 3.7. Route No. 8, Visaginas City. The Route Is Implemented In Two Ways: 3.7.1. In The First Way Of Implementing The Route, Its Length Is 9 Km. 3.7.2. When Implementing The Route In The Second Way, Its Length Is 7 Km. 3.8. Annual Mileage Of All Routes Is About 155,000 Km Without Zero Mileage. 4. Period Of Provision Of Passenger Transportation Services: 4.1. Services According To The Concluded Contract Will Be Provided No Longer Than 120 Months (10 Years) From The Start Of The Provision Of Services. 4.2. Passenger Transportation Services On Route No. 1, Route No. 2, Route No. 3 And Route No. 5 (To Gardeners Associations) Are Provided From April 15. Until October 31, On Route No. 4 (To The Cemetery) - From April 1. Until November 30, On Route No. 6 And Route No. 8 Throughout The Year According To The Schedule Approved By The Visaginas Municipality Administration. 4.3. Services According To The Concluded Contract On Route No. 1, Route No. 2, Route No. 3 And Route No. 5 (To Gardeners Associations And Cemeteries) Will Be Provided From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Agreement, But Not Earlier Than From 2027. April 15 4.4. Services According To The Concluded Contract On Route No. 4 (To The Cemetery) Will Be Provided From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From 2027. April 1 4.5. Services According To The Concluded Contract On Route No. 6 (To Makarava) And Route No. 8 (Of The City) Will Be Provided From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From 2027. July 1 5. The Carrier During The Entire Period Of Service Provision For Routes No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 6 And No. 8 Must Have 5 (Five) Vehicles (Four Main And One Reserve) And For Route No. 5 Must Have 2 (Two) Vehicles (One Main And One Reserve).
