Tyres For Heavy/Light-Duty Vehicles – Anvelope (Pneuri). Compania Nationala Poșta Română S.A. Operates With A Fleet Of 1,283 Vehicles Throughout The Country, For Which Optimal Operating And Exploitation Conditions Must Be Ensured. Information On The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of Each Subsequent Contract And The Framework Agreement Can Be Found In The Specifications, Annex 1. In This Sense, It Is Necessary To Purchase Car Tires In Quantities That Comply With The Specific Consumption Norms, Which Can Ensure Safe Operation For All Vehicles Used In All Territorial Postal Subunits. A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Tires Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing, With Subsequent Annual Contracts, With A Supplier Who Will Ensure Delivery Within A Maximum Of 15 Working Days From The Firm Order, In The Territorial Subunits Of The Company For All The Necessary Sizes. The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed With The First 3 (Three) Bidders Declared Winners, And The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Done In Cascade (In The Order Of The Ranking Resulting From The Evaluation Of The Bids). Subsequent Contracts Will Not Be Awarded By Resuming The Competition.
