Advertising And Marketing Services – Organizing Outdoor Advertising For The City Of Turku With A License Agreement. The Procurement Services Of The City Of Turkus Corporate Administration Is Requesting Bids For The Organization Of Outdoor Advertising In Public Areas Of The City Of Turku For The Period May 1, 2026 (Target) - April 30, 2037. The Operator Selected On The Basis Of The Competition Can, Based On The License Agreements, Place Advertising Spaces In The Advertising Locations Covered By The Agreements And Sell Media Time From Them To Their Own Customers. The Operator Is Responsible For Procuring, Installing And Maintaining The Advertising Devices At His Own Expense So That The Advertising Devices Work And That Their Content Is Displayed Without Interference. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Procurement Description Of The Request For Tenders. The City Of Turku Encourages Service Providers To Use Climate-Resistant Advertising. This Agreement Does Not Give The Selected Service Provider Exclusive Rights To The Various Outdoor Advertising Locations In The City. The Customer Has Contracts For E.G. City Bike Stations, Bus Shelters And Market Square Pylons. The Contract Is Temporary. The Agreement Enters Into Force When The Parties Have Signed It And The Contract Period Is Eleven (11) Years From The Entry Into Force Of The Agreement. An Individualized Objective Method For Calculating The Expected Value Of The Acquisition: The Operators Annual Net Sales Of Media Sales (€, Vat 0%) Multiplied By The Number Of Contract Years (11 Years).
