Judicial Services – Framework Agreement For Legal Assistance In Connection With: Establishment Of Loan Agreements Under The Scheme Green Industrial Financing (Gif). The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Contracting Authority ́S Need For Legal Assistance In Connection With Loans Under The Scheme Green Industry Financing (Gif) And Except In Connection With The Granting Of Major Market Loans Which Shall Be Included In Loan Syndicate Together With Other Banks. The Tenderers Offered Personnel Shall Have Relevant And Formal Competence To Provide Legal Assistance In Accordance With Norwegian Law And Within The Legal Areas That Are Relevant Under The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Delivery Is Carried Out In Accordance With High Professional Standards And In A Cost Efficient Manner. The Extent Of The Assistance Is Adapted To The Size Of The Individual Loan. All The Hours Used Must Be Documented And Complied With As Needed. Normally All External Lawyer Costs Connected To Concrete Projects Will Be Re-Invoiced The Loan Customer. The Delivery Shall Be Carried Out In Norwegian, And English If Needed.
