The Tenderers Most Important Contractual Conditions Governing Each Stage Of Tendering: - Itemized Consideration For The Goods: The Tender Price Must Include The Costs Of Fulfilling All Contractual Tasks, As Well As, Where Appropriate, The Taxes, Duties And Levies Required For Domestic Marketing, Except For Those That Are Required By Law To Be Borne By The Contracting Authority.
