Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers (Hoai) For Project Planning Building: Project Name: Fire Protection Bbz Ahrensburg Project Location: 22926 Ahrensburg Type Of Building Project: Fire Protection Renovation / Existing Renovation Use: Vocational School The Property To Be Renovated Is A Publicly Used Building (Vocational School) And Is Therefore Classified As A Special Building. The Services To Be Provided Include In Particular: • Basic Services Of Service Phases 1 To 9 In Accordance With Hoai §34 (Provided To Be Commissioned In Stages) • Planning And Integration Of The Following Fire Protection-Related Measures (Not Exhaustive): • Upgrading Of Fire Compartments • Creation And Adaptation Of Escape Routes • Renewal Or Retrofitting Of Fire Doors And Closures • Fire Protection Cladding And Cladding • Structural Adjustments To The Existing Building • Coordination With Specialist Planners (Tga, Fire Protection Experts) • Cost Calculation And Cost Control In Accordance With Din 276 • Preparation And Participation In The Award • Property Monitoring And Documentation.
