The Implementation Will Take Place In Two Construction Phases: First, The New Construction Of The Core Areas Of The Prosektur With All Functional Areas Such As Body Acceptance, Preservation, Storage, Preparation, Cold Cells, Cleaning Zones And Personnel Areas, Taking Occupational Safety, Explosion Protection And Modern Technology Into Account. After Moving Into The New Building, The Existing Rooms Will Be Converted To Adapt The Additional Usable Areas. The Services Include The Construction Of A Two-Story Extension (Levels U0 And S0) Using Reinforced Concrete Construction, Including Foundation, Earthworks And Shoring Work, As Well As The Structural Connection To The Existing Building I02. The Tender Also Includes Extensive Outdoor Dismantling Work (Including Paving, Concrete And Equipment Dismantling, Including Professional Disposal) As Well As Conversion And Breakthrough Work In The Existing Building. The Measure Will Be Carried Out In Two Construction Phases While Maintaining Clinic Operations. Due To The Location Within A Sensitive University And Clinic Location, There Are Increased Requirements For Construction Site Organization, Pollution Control, Vibration And Dust Avoidance As Well As Coordination With Parallel Measures.
