Sewerage Management Services – Carrying Out Regulatory Controls On Non-Collective Sanitation Installations Within The Scope Of The Public Non-Collective Sanitation Service (Spanc). In Accordance With The Decree Of April 27, 2012 Relating To The Methods Of Inspection Of Non-Collective Sanitation Installations, The Spanc Of Sila Carries Out The Obligatory Inspections: - Of New Installations: Verification Of The Design And Execution, In Relation To The Technical Requirements In Force, - Of Existing Installations At A Frequency Of 6 Years (Article 12 Of The Spanc Regulations). In Order To Comply With These Regulatory Obligations And, Taking Into Account The Current Situation Of The Spanc Team (Incomplete Team, New Agents In The Learning Phase), It Is Necessary To Outsource The Carrying Out Of Part Of These Mandatory Controls.
