The Subject Of The Consultation Concerns The Design, Production, And Installation Of The Various Composite Piping Lines (Gre) And Certain Steel Pipes, The Various Valves And Components, Which Are Part Of The Urban Cooling System Installed On A River Boom. The Urban Cooling System Is Made Up Of 2 Networks: - 1 Pumping Network, Which Allows Water Pumped Into The Garonne To Be Sent To The Cooling Units Located In The Premises On Land, Then Discharges The Pumped Water Into The River - 1 Cooling Network, Which Allows A Heat Transfer Fluid To Be Sent From The On-Shore Installations Into 6 Cooling Loops Installed On The Pier (Sensor-Exchangers Installed In Mobile Nacelles).
