The Jury Makes A Written Recommendation For Further Development And Processing Of The Competition Task In Accordance With Section 6 (2) Rpw 2015 Of The Fhh. The Organizer Will, In Consideration Of The Recommendation Of The Jury And In Accordance With Section 8 (2) Rpw 2015 Of The Fhh, Commission One Of The Prize Winners To Continue Working On The Project, Unless There Is An Important Reason Preventing The Commission. Phased Planning Services For The North And South Sub-Areas Will Be Commissioned At Least Up To The Completed Service Phase 4 As Well As Parts Of The Service Phase 5 (At Least 15 Partial Performance Points For Quality Assurance Service Components) In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai. In The Event That The Prize Distribution Within A Sub-Area Is Differentiated Between School Building And The Other Building (Educational Building Or Independent Residential Building) By The Jury, The Organizer Reserves The Right To Award The Contract For The “North Sub-Area” Or “South Sub-Area” (The School Building And The Other Building (Educational Building Or Independent Residential Building) Within A Sub-Area) To Two Different Bidders. As Special Services, Planning Services For Independent Housing Construction In The South Sub-Area And For The Educational Center In The North Sub-Area Are Commissioned At Least Until Service Phase 2 Has Been Completed In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai. The Composition Of The Jury Can Be Found In The Document “Procedural Section”, Chapter 1.5. If The Jury Recommends A Participant From The “Young Office” Or “Small Office” Categories For Further Processing, The Organizer Reserves The Right To Require Collaboration With An Experienced Or High-Performance Architectural Office For The Further Process And Implementation. When Choosing This Office, The Sponsors Consent Is Required. The Award Winner Is Then Entitled To Act In A Bidding Consortium Or As A Subcontractor With The Experienced And High-Performance Architectural Firm In The Subsequent Negotiation Phase. Together With The Experienced Or High-Performance Architectural Firm, The Minimum Requirements For “Planning Teams With Task-Related Construction Experience” Stated In The Announcement Must Be Met. In The Event Of A Further Order, Services Already Provided Through The Competition Will Not Be Remunerated Again Up To The Amount Of The Price Awarded If And As Soon As The Competition Development
