X-Ray Inspection Equipment – Purchase Of A Mobile High-Energy X-Ray Scanner For The Road Border Crossing In Korczowa As Part Of The Ccei2 Project. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale, Delivery And Installation Of A Mobile High-Energy X-Ray Scanner, Called A Scanner, Device Or X-Ray Device, For The Road Border Crossing In Korczowa. 4.2. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Particular: 2.1. Functional And Technical Specification (Minimum Requirements) Of The X-Ray Device - Annex No. 1 To Swz, 2.2. Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. By Delivery, Assembly And Unloading, The Ordering Party Understands The Delivery Of The Device With All The Elements Necessary For Its Proper Functioning. The Offered Device Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2026), Have All Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity Required By Law And Meet The Requirements For Operating Safety Standards (E.G. Manufacturers Quality Certificate, Ce Certificate Of Conformity, Etc.), Meet All Minimum Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 10 Years (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers). 7. The Manufacturers Warranty And Warranty Period For The X-Ray Device Runs From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Contract Template), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 8. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To Its Main Place Of Operation At The Road Border Crossing In Korczowa, Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
