Tenders Are Invited For Parking Enforcement Services – Services For Providing A Remote Electronic Payment Solution (Internet, Telephone Or Any Digital Device Allowing Access To The Dedicated Application) For The Fee For Paid On-Street Parking For The City Of Le Havre
Parking Enforcement Services – Services For Providing A Remote Electronic Payment Solution (Internet, Telephone Or Any Digital Device Allowing Access To The Dedicated Application) For The Fee For Paid On-Street Parking For The City Of Le Havre. This Consultation Will Result In A Multi-Award Mixed Price Contract (Maximum Two). The First Part Of The Contract Is Concluded At Fixed Prices. It Concerns The Provision Of The Remote Payment Solution For On-Street Parking (Deployment Of The Service, Implementation, Mandate Agreement And Initial Training). As Well As The Annual Subscription To The Service And The Annual Package For The Management Of The Mandate Agreement. The Second Part Will Result In A Framework Agreement With Multi-Awarder Purchase Orders And Will Be Processed At Unit Prices: According To Articles R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Concerns Commissions, Bank Charges And Any Additional Services. This Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 1,200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For 4 Years And For All Beneficiaries.
