The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To Ongoing Renovations Of Bicycle Path Surfaces In The Toruń County In 2026 On The Basis Of Separate Orders (Typing Protocols) Specifying The Scope Of The Works. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Provided By The Ordering Party And The Requirements Specified In Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Swz. The Works Will Be Commissioned Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Specifying The Exact Location, The Size Of The Material Scope And The Deadline For Their Completion.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Commence The Works Specified In The Order Within The Following Dates: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Commence The Works Ordered By The Ordering Party Within No More Than 3 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order Sent By Fax Or E-Mail, B) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Commence Works Related To The Removal Of Places Threatening The Safety Of Life Or Property Within 6 Hours From The Date Of Receipt Of The Telephone Notification Sent By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Should Have At His Disposal: A Landline Telephone And A Mobile Phone For Direct Communication With The Contractor - The Person Repairing The Failure - Indicated As The Contact Person In The Contract. The Acceptance Of The Completed Works Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Party After Prior Notification Of Readiness By The Contractor. The Document Confirming The Acceptance Will Be A Protocol Signed By The Ordering Party, Which Will Also Be The Basis For The Contractor To Issue An Invoice, To Which The Contractor Will Attach An As-Built Cost Estimate. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: A) Securing The Renovation Site; B) Development And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project - If Required; C) Road Works On Bicycle Paths With Bitumen Surfaces. D) Tidying Up The Adjacent Area After The Work Is Completed) Recultivation Of Green Areas Damaged During The Works4. The Detailed Estimated Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimates/Bills Of Quantities - An Annex To The Swz, As Well As The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (File).
