1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground Next To The Nursery Building In Wysoka Głogowska On Plot No. 1921/3, Wysoka Głogowska District. The Scope Of The Order Includes Equipping The Playground With Small Architectural Objects Such As: A Panda Type Rocker, A Koala Type Rocker, A Potworka Type Sandbox, A Tower With A Roof, A Slide And Stairs, An Elephant Type Rocker, A Set Of 2 Towers With A Slide, A Tube On Springs, A Bison Rocker, A Dino Rocker, A Swing Swing + A Storks Nest. In Addition, The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sand Surface And A Polyurethane Surface, As Well As The Installation Of 4 Benches, 3 Waste Bins And A Panel Fence With A Gate. A Safe Polyurethane Surface Under The Indicated Devices, Consisting Of Two Layers, I.E. 8 Mm Epdm Top Layer And 8 Mm Sbr Shock-Absorbing Layer - Made Of Ground Rubber, Which Should Be Made In Accordance With The Land Development Design Included In The Annex. No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Description Of The Materials For The Construction Of The Facilities And The Method Of Their Foundation Is Included In The Annex. No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Presented Devices And Their Technical Parameters Specified In The Catalog Cards In The Opz Are The Minimum Permitted Parameters. The Ordering Party Allows Other Equivalent Devices Than Those Shown In The Drawings In The Catalog Cards, Provided That The Minimum Requirements That Have Been Specified Are Met, I.E. No Worse Quality Parameters And The Form, Shape And Equipment Of A Given Device. The Materials And Devices Used Must Have Current Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use, And Their Assembly And Operation Should Be In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines.2.
