1. The Scope Of Works Includes The Next Stage Of Necessary Work To Be Performed For The Facility Marked In The Documentation As 1A, In Order To Effectively Protect The Facility Against Precipitation. The Works Will Be Carried Out On A Facility That Has Been Entered Into The Register Of Monuments In Accordance With Decision A-981 Of July 30, 2010 Issued By The Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Based On Documentation, Conservation Work Program And Administrative Decisions Issued. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works:• Dismantling, Demolition, Insulation And Masonry Works: Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Roof And Ceiling Structure Above The Ground Floor Of The Building, Insulating The Foundations Of The Entire Building, Dismantling The Damaged Load-Bearing Elements Of The Walls And Ceiling (Rebuilding And Strengthening, Supplementing And Replacing Elements), Renovation Works Of The Facades Adjacent To The Roof Covering (Removing Plaster Burns, Making New Local Mortars To Seal The Sheathing), Execution Of Architectural Details Necessary To Perform Sheet Metal Workings, Rebuilding Of Wall Elements And Their Finials Necessary For Roofing.• Masonry Works: Construction Of A New Roof Structure With Dormers, Execution Of Wind And Vapor Barrier Layers, Execution Of Sheet Metal Workings From Copper Sheets, Execution Of Roof Drainage (Hooks Copper) Together With A System Of Gutters And Downspouts Made Of Pvc For The Ground Floor Part Of The Building, - Execution Of A Lightning Protection System, - Installation Of Windows In The Dormers And In The Gable Wall Of The Ground Floor Part Of The Building, - Construction Of A Roof Covering Made Of Ceramic Tiles. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Submit To The Ordering Party A List Of Measures To Effectively Prevent The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Pollution. The List Of Activities Effectively Preventing The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Pollution Must Include: - A Cover Page Specifying: The Name Of The Document, The Investor, The Facility It Concerns, The Contractor Of The List, The Date Of Preparation And The Signature Of The Person Preparing The List. - Identification Of Potential Sources Of Noise, Dust And Pollution Emissions. - List Of Solutions That Will Be Used During The Execution Of Works In Order To Reduce The Intensity Or Completely Eliminate Noise, Dust And Pollution.4. During Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Segregate Construction Waste Directly At The Place Of Production Or, If This Is Not Possible, Present A Segregation Agreement With Another Entity That Will Take Over This Obligation.5.
