The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Task Called: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of A Public Utility Building In The Świedziebnia Commune. The Project Includes The Modernization Of The Administrative And Office Building Of The Commune Office In Świedziebnia, Located On Plot No. 348/19, Within The Geodetic Area 0014 Of Świedziebnia. The Scope Of Work Provides For 2 Tasks To Be Performed: Task 1 - Modernization Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Świedziebnia Commune Office, Including: • Modernization Of The Ceiling And External Walls Of The Building, • Insulation Of Foundation Walls Along With The Reconstruction Of Architraves And Sidewalks Around The Building, • Re-Building Of Chimneys Above The Roof, • Replacement Of Internal And External Windows And Doors, • Replacement Of Floors, • Replacement Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, • Modernization Of Domestic Hot Water (Cwu) Installations, • Modernization Of Central Heating (Co) Installations, Including Delivery And Installation Pellet Boiler, • Installation Of Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources (Photovoltaic Panels). Task 2 - Reconstruction Of External Stairs. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design And Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Which Describes In Detail The Subject Of The Order. Note - The Contractor Should Price The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz, While The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Information Document, Helping The Contractor Prepare The Offer.
