Part I - Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Road Surfaces In The Ślesin Commune. For Part I, Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form. The Scope Of The Order For Part I Includes In Particular: A) Marking The Place Of Works In Accordance With The Traffic Management Design, B) Vertical Cutting (With Diamond Circular Saws) Of The Damage To A Depth Enabling Leveling Of Its Bottom, Giving The Damage The Shape Of A Geometric Figure. E.G. A Rectangle Or Using A Road Milling Machine Enabling Cold Milling Of The Asphalt Surface To A Specified Depth, C) Removal Of Loose Surface Crumbs And Removal Of Rubble To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, D) Removal Of Water And Drying The Damaged Place, E) Thorough Cleaning Of The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Place From Loose Grit Grains, Gravel, Sand And Dust Using A Compressor Or Sweepers, F) Spraying The Bottom And Edges Of The Repaired Area With Asphalt Emulsion, G) Spreading The Asphalt Concrete Mixture Using Shovels And Squeegees And Profile Strips Up To 10 M2. Damaged Areas Above 10 M2 Should Be Repaired Using A Mechanical Paver For Laying Compacted Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, H) Compacting The Spread Mineral-Bituminous Mass With A Roller, I) After Spreading The Mixture And Compacting - Sealing The Edges Of The Repaired Place With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.8-1.0 Kg/M2 And Backfilling With Fine Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm In The Same Color As The Aggregate From Which The Repaired Surface Was Made.1. The Ordering Party Provides For Two Deadlines For Carrying Out Partial Renovations: * The Final Provision Applicable To The Contractor Depends On The General Deadline For The Implementation Of The Contract, Which Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers - If The Contract Is Offered Within 7 Months: Spring - From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until June 30, 2026, Autumn - From October 1, 2026 - Until November 30, 2026. - If The Order Is Offered To Be Completed Within 6 Months: Spring - From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until May 30, 2026, Autumn - From October 1, 2026 - Until October 31, 2026. A Provision Will Be Included In The Contract In Accordance With The Order Completion Date Proposed By The Contractor.2. For Part I - The Ordering Party Will Specify The Location, Scope And Date Of Renovation, Taking Into Account Section 1.3. The Expected Total Scope Of Renovation Is Approximately 2,310.00 M² In Both Dates (Partial Renovation Of The Surface With A Depth Of Loss Of Up To 7 Cm Of The Asphalt Layer And A Possible Aggregate Layer Of Up To 5 Cm). The Scope Of The Order May Be Reduced By A Maximum Of 30% Of The Total Expected Scope Of The Renovation.
