The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Tasks In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of Part Of The Office Building Located In Gdańsk At Trakt Św. Wojciecha 293C.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Full Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Along With All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Studies Necessary To Obtain The Administrative Decision Required By Law, 2) Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: - Implementation Of Demolition Works Together With The Removal Of Construction Rubble, Disposal Of Roofing Felt And Other Materials From Demolitions, - Excavation For The Construction Of Insulation Of The Building And For Elements Of Installation Infrastructure And After Completing The Works, Backfilling Of Excavations And Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition, - Construction Works, - Works Related To The Construction And Finishing Of Partition Walls, - Works Related To The Construction And Finishing Of Floors And Floor Screeds, - Works Related To The Construction Of Windows And Doors, - Works Related To The Facade And Roof Of The Building, - Works Related To The Execution Of Downpipes And Sheet Metal Works, - Works Related To The Execution Weapons Warehouse, - Finishing Works, - Installation Works, - Delivery Of Devices And Equipment, - Construction Of A Gravel Band Around The Building, - Construction Of Infiltration Wells On The Plot Indicated By The Ordering Party, Which Solution Should Be Agreed With The Competent Authority.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: • The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz • The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz.27. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers (The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts). The Scope And Nature Of The Order Exclude Its Division Into Parts For Technical, Organizational, Economic And Expediency Reasons. The Order Concerns One Construction Facility. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. From An Economic Point Of View, Several Contractors Would Have To Bear The Costs Of Organizing Construction Facilities. This Would Also Introduce Difficulties In Determining Liability Under The Guarantee Or Warranty For Defects. Not Dividing The Task Will Contribute To Better Organization Of Work And More Efficient Coordination Of The Entire Order.
