The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance By The Contractor Of Obligations In The Field Of Trapping, Protection And Undertaking Other Activities, Described In Detail In The Draft Contract Referred To In Section 9 In Relation To Homeless Animals From The Knurów Commune And Providing Them With Care In A Shelter, As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Catching Homeless Animals. 2. The Contractor - On The Day Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than May 1, 2026 - Will Take Over All Dogs Belonging To The Knurów Commune And Remaining Until April 30, 2026 In The Shelter Located At: Ul. Komunalna 9, 47-400 Racibórz, 4 Dogs As Of April 30, 2026. 3. The Contractor Will Catch Stray Dogs From The Knurów Commune And Provide Them With Care In The Shelter, Including: 1) Transport And Placement In The Shelter, 2) Keeping The Caught Dogs, If The Owner Of The Dog Is Known - Until They Are Handed Over To The Owner, 3) Ensuring The Animals Caught And Kept In The Shelter Receive Proper Care, Proper And Humane Treatment, Feeding, Permanent Access To Water, Rooms Protected Against Cold, Heat And Precipitation, 4) Providing The Dogs Caught And Kept In The Shelter With Comprehensive Veterinary Care, Including Examination, Treatment, Deworming, 5) Providing The Dogs With Daily Food With Appropriately Balanced Food, In An Amount Corresponding To The Animals Needs, 6) Sterilizing/Neutering Each Caught Dog Placed In A Shelter (After 14 Days Of Quarantine). If Such Sterilization Or Castration Is Not Possible Due To The Age Or Health Condition Of The Dog, It Is Necessary To Prepare A Written Opinion From A Veterinarian And Attach It To The Animals Documentation. 7) Preparing A History Card Of Each Dogs Visit To The Shelter, Including: Date And Place Of Catching The Dog, Characteristic Features Of The Animal: Species, Breed, Sex, Approximate Age, Date Of Sterilization/Neutering, Information About The Treatment Necessary To Perform The Sterilization/Neutering Procedure, Date Of The Dog Leaving The Shelter With An Indication Of How It Left The Shelter (Collected By The Owner Or Put Up For Adoption). 4. The Contractor Will Catch Injured And Sick Free-Living Cats From The Knurów Commune, And Will Also: 1) Transport Each Caught Cat To The Shelter For Examination, 2) Provide The Cats With Daily Food With Appropriately Balanced Food, In An Amount Corresponding To The Animals Needs, 3) Provide The Caught And Kept Animals In The Shelter With Comprehensive Veterinary Care, Including Examination, Treatment And Deworming, 4) Will Sterilize/Neuter The Cats, And If The Animals Health Condition Is Poor And Makes It Impossible To Undergo The Above-Mentioned Procedure, It Will Subject It To Appropriate Treatment, 5) It Will Provide The Cats With A Place In A Shelter After The Sterilization/Neutering Procedure Has Been Performed By A Veterinarian, For The Period Of Convalescence, 6) It Will Ensure Permanent Marking Of The Cats By Cutting Out A Small Fragment Of The Left Ear In The
