Part A: Coach Rental Service With A Driver For The Transport Of Persons From The Ordering Partys Units Located In Katowice, Chorzów And Sosnowiec1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Coaches, Buses And Minibuses With A Driver In Order To Provide Domestic Passenger Transport Services Within The Scope Of The Ordering Partys Activities - Scientific Research, Conferences, Training, Teaching Activities, Including Field Trips For Internships, Trips To Sports Competitions, Concerts Etc.2) Method Of Order Fulfillment: In The Scope Of Part A, The Order Will Be Carried Out By At Least Two (2) Coaches With At Least 51 Seats (Including The Driver) Each.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To Swz (Opz).4) Deadline For Order Fulfillment: A) Part A: The Order Will Be Fulfilled According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Orders For A Period Of 12 Months From June 13, 2026 Or Earlier Exhaustion Of The Value Of The Agreement If Its Exhaustion Occurs Before The Expiry Of 12 Months, Subject To Letter B).B) In The Event Of Concluding The Contract After June 13, 2026, The 12-Month Contract Implementation Period Will Apply From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5) Each Of The Coaches, Buses And Minibuses Used To Provide The Service Must Be In Good Technical Condition, Ensuring Proper Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations And Safe, And Have Up-To-Date Technical Tests Specified In The Applicable Legal Regulations And Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance. 6) Vehicles Intended For Execution Of The Order Should Be No Older Than 2011.7) Drivers Are Required To Have Current, Appropriate Licenses And Professional Qualifications To Drive This Type Of Vehicles.8) Detailed Terms Of Order Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz
