The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Construction Equipment Services In The Scope Of: 1) Wheeled Excavator With An Operating Weight Of At Least 15 Tons. 2) Backhoe Loader With An Engine Power Of At Least 85 Hp, Including Operator Support. 2. The Order Concerns The Performance Of Works Related To: 1) Repair And Maintenance Of Dirt Roads. 2) Earthworks And Drainage Works. 3) Renovation Of Culverts And Exits. 4) Profiling And Leveling Of Surfaces In The City And Commune Of Ropczyce. 3. The Order Does Not Include An Independent Transport Service, However, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Self-Unloading Truck (Dumper) For The Purposes Of Transporting Excavated Material As Part Of The Works.4. The Order Was Divided Into 7 Partial Tasks, Including Services With A Wheeled Excavator, Backhoe Loader And A Task Related To Surface Profiling (Grader): Task No. I - Excavator Service In The Villages Of Brzezówka And Lubzina.5. Tasks Part They Include: 1) Detaching The Soil With An Excavator, Leveling And Profiling The Excavation With A Spoon, Discarding The Excavated Soil Into A Pile Or Into The Road Crown, Along With Leveling - Approx. 1000 Meters. 3 Km - Approx. 1000 Mb.3) Renovation Of Culverts And Exits With A Pipe Diameter Of Up To 800 Mm - Approx. 60 Mb.4) Cutting Off High Roadsides (Layer Approx. 10 Cm Thick) Along With Local Supplementation With Native Soil And Transport Of The Felled Material Up To 3 Km - Approx. 1000 Mb.5) Hourly Excavator Service - Approx. Man-Hours.6. Equipment Requirements1) Backhoe Loader Requirements:A. Power - At Least 85 Hp, B. Capacity Of A 60Cm Wide Basic Bucket – Over 0.2M3c. Digging Depth – Over 5 M, D. Loader Bucket Capacity – Minimum 1.0 M3e. Loading Height – Over 3M,F. Forks For Transporting Pallets, G. Necessary To Have A Bucket For Narrow Excavations And Slopes, H. It Is Necessary To Allow The Backhoe Loader To Move On Public Roads, I. It Is Necessary For The Loader Bucket To Be Multifunctional (Digging, Pushing, Spreading, Leveling, Transporting Materials), Without The Need To Replace Accessories.2) The Equipment Must Be Technically Efficient, Approved For Use And Operated By Persons With The Required Authorizations.7. Organization And Conditions Of Implementation1) The Ordering Party Will Submit A Request (By Phone Or E-Mail) For The Performance Of Works, Each Time Specifying The Location And Scope Of Work.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Commence The Implementation Of The Works: A. Immediately After Reporting, B. However, No Later Than In Accordance With The Response Time Declared In The Offer Form.3) Work May Be Ordered On Any Day Of The Week.4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Issue A One-Time Order To Perform Work Not Exceeding 2 Man-Hours Per Day.8.
