1. The Subject Of The Order Is Work Consisting In The Care And Planting Of Flowering And Ornamental Plants In The Michałowice Commune.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Works Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Work Schedule (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) And In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).3. The Scope Includes Comprehensive Works Carried Out On Flower Beds, Squares, Playgrounds And Recreation Areas, Memorial Sites, Etc. Indicated By The Ordering Party, Consisting Of, Among Others: 1) Planting Annual Plants, Perennials, Grasses, 2) Weeding/Weeding, 3) Removing Dead Plants That Have No Prospect Of Survival, 4) Replacing Dead, Damaged Plants That Have No Prospect Of Survival With New Plantings Of Plants Of The Same Species And Variety, 5) Cutting, Edging, Fertilizing Plants With Appropriate Fertilizer, Debarking, Watering, Spraying, Mowing, Raking Leaves And Garbage/Plant Waste.4. The Ordering Party Provides The Estimated Quantities Of Baskets, Boards And Waste To Be Collected And The Work Remaining To Be Performed: 1) Informing The Ordering Party In Writing About The Start Date Of The Works Planned For Each Day Of The Week, Before The Commencement Of These Works.
