Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Project Entitled Heritage In Green, Modernization And Transformation Of Historic Buildings Into An Ecological Center, As Part Of The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program

The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Modernization And Transformation Of The Historic Buildings Into An Ecological Center Along With The Development Of The Area, Including Greenery. The Scope Of Documentation Development Includes: A) Building Inventory Along With A 3D Model Of The Building; B) Architectural Concept; C) Architectural And Construction Design Together With Obtaining A Building Permit; D) Technical Implementation Designs - The Scope Of The Project Will Include, Among Others: Industries: Architecture And Construction, Electricity, Water And Sewage, Gas, Telecommunications, Alarm, Fire Protection, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Savings In Operating Costs (Electricity And Water Consumption), Road And Land Development, Including Small Architecture And Greenery; E) Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities For All Industries; F) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Creation Of The Ecological Center In Chodzież Will Be Carried Out Through The Comprehensive Revitalization Of A Historic Residential Building (Changing The Use Of The Building From A Residential Function To A Service Function). The Revitalization Of The Building Will Include, Among Others: Renovation Of The Facade, Replacement Of Installations And Adaptation Of The Interior For Educational Needs. Additionally, The Area Adjacent To The Facility Has An Area Of Approximately 2,500 M2 Will Be Developed By Creating Internal Communication - Access And Access, Parking, Small Architecture And Greenery.
