Tenders Are Invited For Running Two Support Groups For Foster Families Participating In The Our Task - Helping Project

The Subject Of The Order Is The Moderation Of Two Support Groups, Each Of Which Includes 15 Meetings Of 3 Hours Each In The Period From Signing The Contract To October 31, 2027, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. One Support Group Includes A Maximum Of 15 People. The Participants Of The Support Group Will Be People Acting As Foster Families (Parents). The Goal Of Moderating A Support Group Is To Create A Space To Provide Emotional And Practical Support, Share Experiences, Advice And Strategies. The Meetings Are Intended To Help Children Cope With Emotional And Educational Difficulties, Better Understand Childrens Needs And Develop Caring Skills. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Managing The Topics Of The Meetings, For The Process Of Directing The Group In Order To Develop A Specific Solution. Goals To Be Achieved During The Meetings: • Arousing A Sense Of Community And Social And Emotional Support, • Reducing The Feeling Of Loneliness And Misunderstanding By Meeting People With Similar Problems, • Reducing Parents Doubts As To The Correctness Of Their Behavior, • Normalizing The Difficulties Faced By Families, • Exchanging Ways Of Coping With Stress And Parenting Methods, • Participants Learn From Each Other Effective Strategies And Ways To Deal With Difficult Situations,• Building Motivation And Hope Among Foster Parents,• Showing Strength And Inspiration By Discussing The Progress Of Others,• Developing Communication And Social Skills,• Increasing Self-Awareness,• Listening To Others And Talking About Yourself Helps You Better Understand Your Own Emotions And Behavior.The Service Is Addressed To Foster Families For Whom The Organizer Of Family Foster Care Is Pcpr In Cieszyn As Part Of The Project Entitled Our Task - Helping!
