The Above Assortment Should Be Calculated According To The Price Offer And The Prices Should Be Given Per 1 Ton. It Is Possible To Exchange Individual Products, Provided That The Total Value Of The Contract Does Not Change.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Load, Deliver And Unload The Ordered Goods Within The Road Area. The Goods Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party - Municipal Roads. The Contractor May Only Deliver Goods Using Self-Unloading Vehicles With Two Or Three Axles Enabling Three-Sided Unloading Of Aggregate, Excluding Vehicle Combinations. The Estimated Volume Of Unit Deliveries Ranges From 10 To 25 Tons. Deliveries Of The Above-Mentioned Materials Will Take Place Successively Upon Written Notification By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail. The Contractor Will Remove On An Ongoing Basis And At His Own Expense Any Pollution Caused By His Vehicles On Public Roads And Access Roads To The Unloading Area.
