The Subject Of The Order Is: Performing Investor Supervision For The Task Entitled: Improvement Of Drainage With The Expansion Of The National Road No. 45 In The City Of Więcwice. Investor Supervision Services Over The Design And Implementation Of Works Under The Task Titled: Improvement Of Drainage With The Expansion Of The National Road No. 45 In The City Of Więcwice, Which Will Include, Among Others: • Supervision Over The Design, Verification Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Of The Task, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Making Control Calculations To Find Possible Errors And Participating In Its Acceptance, • Participation In Obtaining The Necessary Permits And Decisions, • Participation In The Activities Of Handing Over The Construction Site To The Contractor, • Performing The Investors Supervision Function In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725). As Part Of These Activities, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: - Represent The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of The Task With The Design Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Applicable Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, - Checking The Quality Of Completed Construction Works And Incorporated Materials, - Checking And Immediately Accepting Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, But No Later Than Within 24 Hours From The Moment The Contractor Reports Readiness For Their Acceptance, - Preparation And Confirming Readiness For Partial Acceptance And Final Acceptance And Participation In Partial Acceptance Activities And Final Acceptance, - Confirming The Removal Of Defects Found During Partial Acceptance Of Works And Final Acceptance, - Checking And Controlling The Correctness Of The Contract Settlement, • Organizing And Chairing Technical Meetings, Construction Councils And Other Meetings Convened By The Ordering Party, Preparing Minutes And Submitting Them To The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, • Monitoring Subcontractors, • Health And Safety Inspections On The Construction Site, • Performing Supervision Over Design Work And Works In The Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Task, Arising During The Implementation Of The Task, And Other Activities Resulting From The Provisions Of The Contracts/Annexes To The Contracts For The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned.
