Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit In Milicz County In 2026 In An Estimated Amount Of Up To 1000 Mg (Tons), In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of Work Includes: Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads With Emulsion And Grit Using Min. 2 Patcher Type Renovation Workers, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, The List Of Roads To Be Repaired Will Be Attached To The Construction Site Handover Report. To Repair Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Grits, A Fast-Decomposing Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Of Class C 65 Bp3 Pu/Rc And Washed Basalt Grits With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm And 2-8 Mm Should Be Used (Fractions 2-8 Should Be Used For Larger Pothole Depths). The Cationic Modified Asphalt Emulsion Must Have A Valid Declaration Of Performance Allowing For Use On Roads And Meet The Requirements Of The Pn En 13808 Standard. Washed Basalt Grits Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn En 13043 Standard And Have A Current Declaration Of Performance. The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Should Be Carried Out With A Patcher Type Renovation Vehicle Adapted To Clean The Repaired Area And Install Stone Chips Coated With Pressurized Asphalt Emulsion. Before Commencing The Task, Patcher Renovators Will Be Weighed On The Basis Of The Ordering Party To Determine The Net Weight Of The Vehicle.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Detailed Technical Specification (Sst) Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Renovations Each Time No Later Than 3 Days From The Request By The Ordering Party, Based On The Request Submitted By Phone Or In Writing, By Fax Or E-Mail. If The Contractor Does Not Start The Renovations Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline, The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties And May Even Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor, With The Consequence Of Charging Penalties For Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.4) Renovation Works Should Be Performed Successively In A Continuous System, And Each Time They Are Interrupted For Reasons Not Attributable To The Ordering Party For A Period Exceeding 3 (Three) Days Will Result In A Penalty Being Charged. Contract Or Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. 5) The Contractor Is Required To Have At Least 2 Patcher Road Repairers To Complete This Order. Failure To Document The Possession Of The Appropriate Amount Of Equipment Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.6) Each Car Must Be Weighed Before Leaving For Renovation Works And After Returning In Order To Verify The Amount Of Materials Intended For Installation.7) During The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Use The Entire Estimated Amount Of Emulsion-Asphalt Mixture Provided For In These Proceedings
