The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialist Counseling Services For Addicts, Their Families And Employees Of The Municipal Family Support Center In Włocławek.1) The Service Will Be Provided At Least Once A Week At The Headquarters Of The Section Of Specialist Family Assistance And Crisis Intervention, At Ul. Żytnia 58, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026.2) Total Number Of Hours: 1,623) An Hour Of Service Is Understood As A Clock Hour.4) The Service Will Be Performed In The Following Scope: A. Providing Individual And Group Consultations And Advice To Employees Of The Municipal Family Assistance Center In Włocławek Regarding Their Work For Social Assistance Clients, B. Participating And Consulting On Cases Of Assistance During Meetings Of Bodies Convened Regarding A Family Or Person, C. Remaining In Cooperation With The Centers Employees Involved In The Process Of Helping A Family Or Person, D. Conducting Individual Counseling For Social Welfare Clients Regarding Their Use Of Psychoactive Substances Or Behavioral Addictions And Motivating Them To Undertake Therapy, E. Conducting Individual Counseling For Social Welfare Clients Regarding Their Functioning In A Co-Dependent Relationship With A Person Using Psychoactive Substances Or A Behavioral Addict, F. Conducting Activities Initiating The Creation Of Self-Help Or Educational Support Groups For People Using Psychoactive Substances And Their Relatives, G. Providing Support And Therapeutic Assistance To People And Their Families After Completing Addiction Treatment.
