The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Along With The Development Of A Design For The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System And Its Implementation In Building No. 5 In The Military Complex At Ul. Hallera 62 In Grudziądz, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), The Functional And Utility Program And Design Documentation, Including The Bill Of Quantities. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Works Including: Replacement Of Damaged And Damp Wooden Elements Of The Roof Structure And Fungicidal Protection Of The Entire Structure, Replacement Of The Tile Roof Covering Plain Roof Tiles And Lap Tiles With Plain Roof Tiles Along With Replacing The Roof Battens And Inserting The Insulating Membrane, Replacing Roof Hatches, Replacing Mineral Wool On The Ceiling Above The Heated Part, Replacing Gutters, Downpipes And Flashings, Re-Brickling Chimneys Above The Roof, Implementing A Lightning Protection System In Accordance With A Previously Prepared Design, Waste Disposal. 2) Preparation Of A Project In Two Copies For The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System With Proper Diligence In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Contract Terms, Functional And Utility Program And In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679 I.E.).
