Renovation Of Building No. 54 In The Military Complex At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Group (Dragacz Commune), Together With The Development Of A Project For The Installation Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Including Its Purchase And Installation, Includes In Particular: Replacement Of Parts Of Door Joinery, Flooring Works - Laying Ceramic Tiles And Carpets With The Prior Execution Of Floor Layers On The Ground, Plastering Works - Execution Of Internal Plasters And Gypsum Plasters On Walls And Ceilings, Painting Works On Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, Installation Of Ceilings From Plasterboards, Replacement Of Sanitary Installations - Water And Sewage And Central Heating, Replacement Of Electrical Installations Along With The Implementation Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, Waste Disposal And Management. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Contractor Carries Out The Above With His Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree On The Work Schedule With The Supervision Inspector And Submit It To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site. In The Work Schedule, The Contractor Will Specify, In Particular, The Dates And Scope Of Individual Works, Including Works Subject To Partial Acceptance, If The Contractor Envisages The Implementation Of The Contract In Parts. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Development Of A Design In Two Copies For The Installation Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Together With Its Purchase And Installation With Due Care And In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, Consolidated Text), Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Buildings And Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 822, As Applicable).
