1. Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing 12 One-Day Online Training Courses.2. The Aim Of The Training Is To Develop Competences Necessary To Effectively Apply For Eu Funds And Effectively Conduct And Settle Projects.3. Number Of Training Sessions: 12 One-Day Online Training Sessions. The Ordering Party Allows Reducing The Number Of Planned Training Courses To 9 (The Change Does Not Require An Annex To The Agreement). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Compensation, For The Ordering Partys Failure To Order The Remaining 3 Training Courses.4. Estimated Order Completion Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To August 31, 2026.5. Target Group: Civil Society Organizations And Social Partners From Lower Silesia, I.E. Representatives Of The Above-Mentioned. Entities Operating/Employed In These Entities, Cooperating On The Basis Of Civil-Legal Contracts And Volunteers.6. Number Of Participants In A Single Training: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Estimate And Ensure Readiness To Conduct Training For A Group Of Up To 60 People At The Same Time (35 People In The Basic Group + 5 Technical People + 20 People To Expand The Group);2) The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum And Includes The Cost Of Training (Trainers Service, Materials, Certificates) Of Any Number Of Substantive Participants (From 25 To 55 People) And Providing 5 Places For Technical People;3) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Final Number Of People At The Training (Not Less Than 25 Participants And Not More Than 60 People Including Technical Support) Does Not Affect The Amount Of Unit Remuneration Due To The Contractor.7. Scope Of A Single Training Service: 1) Access To The Training Platform/Online Training Application, 2) Training Moderator, 3) Trainer In The Field Of European Funds Under The 2021-2027 Perspective, 4) Training Materials, 5) Certificates.8. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Template Of The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
