Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed And Approved Technical Documentation And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic Documentation, Including Reporting To The Appropriate Geodetic Resource And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, If Applicable. Dębowa In Niemcza, Consisting In Replacing The Asphalt Concrete Surface Over A Length Of Approx. 502 Meters, Removing Collisions With Telecommunications Infrastructure (Tp Cable Passes Through The Culvert At The Junction Of Two Rings - Exit Towards The Niemcza Sewage Treatment Plant (Plot With Geodetic No. 3 Dr, O. Stare Miasto), Reconstruction Of Culverts/Exits Within The Boundaries Of Municipal Plots, Modernization/Renovation Of The Existing Bridge Over The River Ślęza, In Accordance With The Indications In The Basic Inspection Report Of The Bridge Structure No. 5/2025 Of September 25, 2025 (Length Of The Structure Approx. 7.35 M). Surface Drainage Of The Road Is Planned Along The Entire Length Of The Road To Existing Ditches Located In The Road Strip. 17/1, Precinct 0001 Stare Miasto And No. 49 Dr, 11 Dr (On A Section Of Approx. 20 M - Up To The Height Of Property No. 10), Precinct 0002 Stasin, Niemcza Commune. If Cobblestones/Stone Pavements Are Discovered During Earthworks - As Indicated In The Geotechnical Opinion, It Should Be Recovered And Used For The Reconstruction Of Culverts/Exits - As Indicated.
