1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Road Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Ul. Kasprusie On The Section From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+543.88, Including The Intersection With Ul. Orkana And Ul. Pod Lipkami In Zakopane Along With Obtaining The Final Occupancy Decision For The Completed Facility Or A Certificate Of Acceptance Without Objection Of The Notification Of Completion Of Construction And Commencement Of Use Of The Completed Facility, As Part Of The Investment Task No. 2011/137 Reconstruction Of Ul. Kasprusie In Zakopane. 2. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of An Existing Road (Construction Of Substructure, Asphalt Layers, Roadsides, Sidewalks), 2) Demolition Of A Residential Building, 3) Construction Of A Retaining Wall, 4) Construction Of Parking Spaces, 5) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 6) Reconstruction Of The Power Grid, 7) Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, 8) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network, 9) Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Template Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Design Documentation, As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Presented Design. 5. Equivalent Solutions: 1) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Design Documentation, Stwiorb Or Other Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Without Using The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. It Is Assumed That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent.2) Equivalent Solutions Are Solutions That Ensure Technical, Technological, Functional, Operational And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Law.
