1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Volunteer Fire Department Units In The Świnna Commune With Rescue And Fire-Fighting Equipment.2. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver: A. Special Clothing (3-Piece) – 54 Sets; B. Special Type I Helmet - 27 Pieces; C. Special Type Ii Helmet – 27 Pieces; D. Special Gloves -54 Sets;E. Technical Gloves – 54 Sets; F. Special Leather Shoes – 54 Pairs;G. Special Rubber Shoes – 54 Pairs; H. Firemans Balaclava – 54 Pieces;I. Portable Hand-Worn Radiotelephone – 24 Pcs. Angle Flashlight – 12 Pieces; K. Hydraulic Rescue Set With Combustion Drive – 1 Set.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Contract. 4. Equivalence Clause: 1) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Supplies, Works, Materials And Systems That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documents. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter In Appendix No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Indicated In The Procurement Documents Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Procurement. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, But With Technical And Quality Parameters As Well As Performance And Functional Properties. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Solutions Used Will Allow To Achieve All Technical Assumptions For The Investment Task In Question, Taking Into Account The Entire Investment, And Not A Selected Fragment Of The Whole. The Burden Of Proving That The Material Or Device Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. If The Materials And/Or Equipment Offered By The Contractor As Equivalent Are Not Equivalent In The Light Of The Documents Submitted By The Contractor, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Corresponding To The Content Of The Swz.
