The Building Of The Former Distillery Currently Serves As A Multi-Family Residential Building. It Was Built In 1897 As Part Of The Manor And Park Complex, The Central Element Of Which Is The Neo-Gothic Manor Built In The Mid-19Th Century. 2. Building Located On Plot No. 96, Huta District, Koronowo Commune.3. Scope Of Renovation: Room On The Ground Floor Marked In The Documentation No. 1.3 From Which Space Should Be Allocated For Constructing A Bathroom With An Area Of 4.53 M2, Room On The First Floor Of The Building Marked In Project No. 2.2 - Bathroom With An Area Of 7.26 M2 To Be Renovated In Accordance With The Scope Of The Attached Documentation, Room No. 2.6 On The First Floor From Which Space Should Be Allocated For Constructing A Bathroom With An Area Of 2.25 M2 In Accordance With The Attached Documentation. Tanks Septic Tanks Should Be Made In Accordance With The Attached Documentation And Guidelines. The Valuation Of Renovation Works Should Be Estimated Using The Land Development Design - Ground Floor And First Floor Projections Or Based On A Visual Inspection During A Mandatory On-Site Visit.
