Scope Of Work As Part Of The Task: Insulation Of All External Walls, Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Attic With A Layer Of Mineral Wool, Replacement Of Windows, Replacement Of External Doors, Replacement Of The Garage Door, Insulation Of Basement Walls In The Ground With A Layer Of Extruded Polystyrene, Installation Of An Air/Water Heat Pump, Replacement Of Lighting With Led Sources And Fixtures, Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Approximately 13.4 Kwp With An Energy Storage Of Approximately 16 Kwh, Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled With External Stairs, Installation Of Internal Roller Shutters, Installation Of An Energy Management And Monitoring System, Installation Of A Portable Electric Charger For Vehicles, Adaptation Of A Toilet For The Disabled, Delivery With Installation Of A Stairclimber, Delivery With Installation Of A Loop. Induction 4. During The Execution Of The Task, A Ramp For The Disabled, An Adapted Toilet For The Disabled And A Stairclimber And An Induction Loop Will Be Provided. Scope Of The Above Works Will Increase Access For People With Disabilities.5. The Building And The Adjacent Area Should Be Treated As Buildings In Constant Motion. The Works Should Be Organized In A Manner And On Dates That Do Not Cause Difficulties In The Normal Operation Of The Facility. The Work Area Is Secured Both In Terms Of Health And Safety And Nuisance. The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Work Area And Communication To It. The Area Is To Be Properly Secured - In Particular The Places Where Works Are Directly Performed.
