In The Unloading Hall Of Structure 01 And The Field Stairs In Order To Ensure Compliance With The Regulations Of The Construction Works Performed At The Waste Thermal Processing Plant Located At Ul. Giedroycia 23 In Kraków By Performing Construction Works, Sanitary Installation Works, Electrical Installation Works, And Fire Protection Works. 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz, Including: Pinb Decision Of October 27, 2025, Technical And Industry Designs Of Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities.3.3. Place Of Implementation: Waste Thermal Processing Plant, 31-981 Kraków, Ul. Giedroycia 23.3.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 3.4.1. Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 3.4.2. Obtaining Consents Required By Law, Final Decisions And Arrangements Enabling The Use Of The Subject Of The Order;3.4.3. Providing All Other Documents, Including But Not Limited To: Instructions For Use, Operation And Maintenance Manual, Warranty Cards, Catalog Cards, Warranty Card For The Subject Of The Order, As-Built Documentation In Electronic And Paper Versions, List Of Installed Devices Along With A List Of Authorized Service Points Providing Warranty Services For These Devices, As Well As Statements And All Other Necessary Documents Enabling The Use Of The Subject Of The Order.3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Decision Of The Competent Construction Supervision Authority (Pinb) Of October 27, 2025 And All Requirements Resulting From This Decision, In Particular: 3.5.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure - At Its Own Expense - Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works By Persons With Construction Licenses Required By Law, Appropriate For The Scope Of Work Performed, Including 1) A Person With Construction Licenses To Manage Construction Works In The Construction Specialty Without Restrictions; 2) A Person With A Construction License To Manage Construction Works In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions; 3) A Person With A Construction License To Manage Construction Works In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Water Supply And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices In The Specialty Without Restrictions.3.5.2.
