The Subject Of The Order Includes Work Consisting In The Supply Of Crushed Mineral Aggregate With A Granulation Of 0-31.5 Mm For The Repair Of Surfaces Of Municipal Dirt Roads In 2026 In The Amount Of 2,200 Tons.2. As Part Of The Repair, It Is Necessary To: • Deliver 2,200 Tons Of Material For Municipal Roads In The Brusy Commune (In A Single Request, Not Less Than 6 Tons) • Spread, Shape And Roll 2,200 Tons Of Crushed Mineral Aggregate On Sections Of Municipal Dirt Roads Indicated By Individual Village Heads Or An Employee Of The Municipal Office In Brusy3. The Offer Must Include The Cost Of Selling, Loading, Weighing, Transporting And Unloading.4. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of The Quantities Of Mineral Aggregate With A Granulation Of 0-31.5 Mm To Be Delivered To Individual Villages.5. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Will Organize Work Facilities On His Own And At His Own Expense.7. Road Repairs Will Take Place No Later Than Those Offered By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer - (I.E. No Later Than 3 Days) From The Telephone Order By An Employee Of The City Hall.8. The Aggregate Must Have All Necessary And Required Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use. The Delivered Material Should Be Clean, Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As Metal, Plastic, Wooden Waste, Etc. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Admixture Of Marl, Chalk Or Limestone - And The Delivered Aggregate Must Have The Approvals, Certificates And Quality Certificates Required By Law In Accordance With The Following Standards: Pn-En 13242 And Have A Granulometric Analysis According To Pn-En 933-1:2012. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Test Samples Of Aggregates Intended For Installation At The Contractors Expense, Whenever There Is A Suspicion That The Material Intended For Installation Does Not Meet The Requirements.9. The Planned Amount Of Aggregate To Be Delivered And Incorporated Is Not Obligatory And May Be Reduced Or Increased By No More Than 30%.
