Tenders Are Invited For Delivery, Transport And Installation Of Natural Crushed Aggregate Of The Clinical Type For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Kraśnik Commune

The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Successive Purchase, Delivery, Transport And Installation (Including Rolling) Of Natural Crushed Aggregate Of The Clinical Type With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm For Hardening Roads In The Kraśnik Commune, - Installation (Including Rolling) Of The Delivered Aggregate On Municipal Roads And Agricultural Transport Consisting Of: * Construction Of A Surface With An Average Thickness Of 12 Cm (Entire Sections) * Filling Of Defects In The Existing Surface Improved With Aggregate. - The Aggregate Should Be Clean Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials, Have The Required Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates. - The Aggregate Should Be Delivered By Your Own Means Of Transport, Self-Unloading To Municipal Unpaved Roads And Local Dirt Roads In The Commune. - The Aggregate Should Be Unloaded Onto The Road Evenly Across The Road To Avoid Additional Transport - Not Cause Traffic Jams. - Unloading And Installation (Including Rolling) Should Be Carried Out So As Not To Cause Damage To Field Crops. The Task Includes The Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 In Accordance With The European Standard Pn-En 13242+A1: 2010 Intended For Hardening Municipal Dirt Roads. Delivery Of Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm In The Planned Amount Of 2,300 Mg To The Places Indicated Each Time By Of The Ordering Party, Located In The Kraśnik Commune. The Quantity Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Means Of Transport/Equipment: A) Enabling Unloading In Three Directions (Left, Right, Backward), B) At Least One Construction Machine Supporting The Even Distribution Of Aggregate, Which Can Move Efficiently On Roads Less Than 2.5 M Wide, C) At Least One Construction Machine Supporting The Uniform Compaction Of Aggregate, Which Can Move Efficiently On Roads With A Width Of Less Than 2.5 M, D) At Least One Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 16 Tons (Transport Of Up To 500 Tons Of Aggregate), The Ordering Party Informs That Part Of The Subject Of The Contract (Approx. 500 Tons) Must Be Carried Out After Reloading Or Directly From The Distributor By Cars Without A Semi-Trailer, E.G. A Four-Axle Tipper Or A Tipper Delivery Bus. The Above Requirement Is Dictated, Among Other Things, By The Fact That Some Deliveries Will Be Made On Dirt Roads, Often In Very Poor Technical Condition, During The Duration Of The Contract In Various Weather Conditions, Which May Result In The Technical Impossibility Of Reaching The Indicated Place With A Tractor-Trailer Combination, And The Delivery Will Have To Be Carried Out Due To The Need To Improve The Technical Condition Of The Road. Other Deliveries Of Approximately 1,800 Tons Can Be Made Directly From The Aggregate Distributor Using Tractor-Trailer Sets With A Total Load Of Over 20 Tons. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Weigh Each Of The Ordered Shipments. Deliveries Must Begin Within A Maximum Of 7 Days From Sub
