The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Crushed Concrete Rubble With A Fraction Of 00 Mm To 80 Mm With Sand For Carrying Out Ongoing Renovations Of Municipal Roads And Access Roads To Fields In 2026 In The Kobylin-Borzem Commune. The Content Of Concrete Rubble With A Fraction Of 30 Mm To 80 Mm Cannot Be Less Than 70% In 1 M³. It Is Allowed To Add Brick Rubble In An Amount Of Up To 5% With A Fraction From 0 Mm To 80 Mm. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Delivery Of Crushed Concrete Rubble And Its Ongoing Leveling After Loading In A Total Amount Of 1,500 M³. • Leveling Should Be Done With A Motor Grader. 2. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Monday To Friday) Between: 7:30-15:30.3. The Given Amount Of Materials Is An Estimate, Therefore We Reserve The Right To Change The Given Quantity By Reducing Or Increasing The Scope Of Supplies By 30%, Adapting Them To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Which Will Not Result In Any Financial Consequences For The Ordering Party Or Compensation For The Contractor.4. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Successfully Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Kobylin-Borzem Commune. 2) Secure The Material Unloading Area In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, With Particular Emphasis On Securing It Against Access By Third Parties, Ensuring Control Over Unloading, Compliance With Health And Safety Conditions. 3) Preparing A Document Specifying Each Time The Quantity Of Material Delivered, Confirmed By An Authorized Person. 4) Covering Any Possible Damages Arising During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Debris Be Regularly Leveled On The Road In A Way That Maintains Passability. 6) The Aggregate Must Not Contain Nails, Metal Wires, Glass Or Other Contaminants That May Damage Road Vehicles, As Well As Other Contaminants (Plastic, Rubber) And Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.).
