1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Completion Of The Construction Of A Two-Story Sports Hall Building In The Town Of Grzebowilk, Located On Plot No. 2112, Grzebowilk District.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annexes To Swz.3. The Replacement Design Documentation Mentions The Construction Of A Tight Tank For Liquid Waste, But A Sanitary Sewage Network In Grzebowilek Has Already Been Built. Therefore, The Ordering Party Refrains From Building A Tank For Liquid Waste And Envisages The Construction Of A Connection To The Sanitary Sewage Network In Accordance With The Guidelines From The Bill Of Quantities.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After A Prior On-Site Visit. The Contractor Is Required To Carry Out A Mandatory On-Site Visit (With The Participation Of The Ordering Party) Of The Future Work Site In Order To Check The Work Site And The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order, Within One Of The Dates Set By The Ordering Party.5. The Cost Of The On-Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor. 6. The Ordering Party Sets Two Dates For The On-Site Inspection: - The First On March 10, 2026 At 10:00 (In Front Of The Entrance To The Sports Hall Building, Ul. Kolejowa Grzebowilk); - The Second On March 12, 2026 At 10:00 (In Front Of The Entrance To The Sports Hall Building, Ul. Kolejowa Grzebowilk).7. During The Visit, The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Report On The Visit. Each Representative Of The Contractors Who Took Part In The Visit Is Obliged To Sign The Protocol. Lack Of A Signature Indicating The Name Of The Contractor Will Be Treated As Failure To Carry Out An On-Site Visit And Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, The Participation Of One Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract Will Be Sufficient.9. The On-Site Visit Is Only Used To Check And Assess The Actual Future Work Area. Questions May Only Be Asked In The Manner Indicated In The Swz In Chapter Iv.
