Subject Matter Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Under The Project Help Closer To People Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Lodzkie Voivodeship 2021-2027, Priority Feld.07 European Funds For Employment And Integration In The Lodzkie Voivodeship, Measure Feld.07.09 Social Services And Health”:The Purpose Of The Order Is To Increase Equal And Quick Access To High-Quality Care Services For People In Need Of Support Who, Due To Their Health Condition, Old Age Or Other Limitations, Need Daily Support In Their Functioning.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. Provision Of Ordinary Care Servicesthe Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services, Including Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, Provided In The Form Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence. The Expected Provision Of Care Services Is 20 People.2.2. The Scope Of Care Services Provided At The Place Of Residence Includes In Particular: A) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs; B) Hygiene Care; C) Care Recommended By A Doctor, Which Includes Care Activities Resulting From The Submitted Medical Certificate Or Medical Documentation, Supplementary To Community Nursing Care; D) Ensuring Contacts With The Environment.1. The Organization Of The Provision Of Care Services Takes Into Account The Subjectivity Of Service Recipients, Including Respecting The Right To Respect And Protection Of Dignity, Intimacy, In Particular In The Case Of Hygiene And Personal Care Activities, As Well As The Sense Of Security And Protection Of Personal Rights.2. The Entity Providing Care Services Is Obliged To Ensure Availability Of Uninterrupted And Appropriate Quality Of Service Provision Process 7 Days A Week, By Appropriately Determining With Persons Providing Care Services The Hours And The Ordered Size And Scope Of Services.3. The Care Service Is Provided By A Person Who Has: • Qualifications To Perform One Of The Professions: Community Caregiver, Assistant To A Disabled Person, Nurse, Caregiver For The Elderly, Medical Caregiver, Qualified Caregiver In A Social Welfare Home Or • Experience In Providing Care Services, Including Professional, Voluntary Or Personal Experience Resulting From Performing The Role Of An Actual Caregiver And Has Completed A Minimum Of 80-Hour Training In The Scope Of The Service Provided, Including First Aid Or Pre-Medical Assistance.4.
