1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Conducting An Educational And Information Campaign In The Przesmyki Commune In 2026. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Organizing And Conducting Six Events In 2026, In The Form Of: Three For Each Half-Year: A Festival/Picnic, An Educational Trip, Thematic Competitions, Exhibitions, Happenings, Workshops/Trainings Addressed To Three Social Groups: The General Public (Incl. Including A Group Of Youth From The Age Of 13 - Students Of Grades Vi-Viii), A Group Requiring Special Support And An Opinion-Forming Group. Events Organized For Each Group Twice A Year, One In Each Half-Year, On The Topic Of Air Protection, Combating Smog And Health Effects. The Duration Of One Event Is Approximately 2H-4H, In Accordance With The Educational Scenario. 2) Design And Printing Of Two Large-Format Games With Minimum Dimensions Of 3X4 M. Design And Printing Of Two Large-Format Puzzles With Different Content, With Minimum Dimensions Of 3 X 1.5 M. Both The Games And The Puzzles Will Concern Air Protection, The Fight Against Smog And The Impact Of Smog On Human Health. Both The Games And The Puzzles Will Remain In The Przesmyki Commune. 4) Creation Of A Roll-Up With Thematic Graphics - The Fight Against Smog And The Impact Of Smog On Human Health. The Content Of The Roll-Up Must Include: - Logo. Przesmyki Commune, - Logo - Mazovia Logo Without Smog5) Graphic Design And Printing Of At Least 1,000 Copies Of Leaflets Of Minimum A5 Format In Accordance With The Analysis Of Educational Needs. 6) Graphic Design And Printing Of Brochures: At Least 1,500 Pieces; 200 Pieces For Youth Over 13 Years Of Age (Easily Digestible Text), 1,000 Pieces For Adults And 300 Pieces Pieces For Children (Coloring Pages, Simple Puzzles). Brochures Should Contain At Least 8 Pages.7) Preparation Of Educational Presentations - Professional Slides With Graphics, Animation And Educational Content Presenting Current Data And Applicable Legal Regulations, Appropriately Adapted To The Program For Individual Workshop Groups.8) Ensure That The Person Conducting The Picnic/Workshop/Meeting (Emcee/Animator/Expert Indicated In The Scenario) Has Experience In Conducting This Type Of Events.9) Signage All Educational Content With The Following Logos In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Mazovia Without Smog Project. The Contractor Undertakes To Use Markings In Accordance With The Fe Applicant And Beneficiary Manual For 2021-2027 In The Field Of Information And Promotion. 10) Posters (5 Pieces For Each Event) Informing About The Events In A2 Format, Single-Sided Print, Full Color. Submission Of The Poster Design By The Contractor No Later Than 20 Days Before The Event Date Specified In The Educational Scenario. Making Corrections (If Necessary) And Acceptance Of The Poster Design By The Ordering Party: 5 Days From Submitting The Design.
