Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Reservation, Sale And Subsequent Delivery Of Airline Tickets On Foreign And Domestic Routes For The Polish Academy Of Sciences.

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Provision Of Services In The Field Of Reservation And Sale Of Airline Tickets, Along With Their Delivery To The Ordering Party, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. During The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 12 Months, The Ordering Party Provides For The Order: - Approx. 15 Domestic Airline Tickets, - Approx. 82 Airline Tickets To European Countries, - Approx. 27 Airline Tickets To Non-European Countries. The Given Numbers Of Airline Tickets Are Indicative And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Indicated Number Of Tickets. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity And Type Of The Indicated Number And Type Of Tickets Up To The Amount Allocated For The Execution Of The Order, Which Will Be Specified In The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Under An Employment Contract, Employ At Least 2 People To Perform The Following Activities During The Execution Of The Order, I.E. In The Field Of Booking And Selling Airline Tickets. Each Of Two People Must Perform Activities In The Full Scope Of Booking And Selling Airline Tickets. 3. Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4. The Detailed Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
