1) The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A) Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Servers, Disk Arrays, Unused Accessories, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Free From Defects, Undamaged, Marked In Accordance With Applicable Law, Having Documents Confirming The Ce Marking (Declaration Of Conformity Or Ce Certificate - If Required), In Particular Safety Marks, And Not Encumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Together With Its Transport And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) Delivery Along With The Ordered Equipment, An Operating Manual In Polish, C) Provision Of All Licenses Required To Launch And Operate A Fully Functional Server And Matrix Environment, D) Manufacturers Warranty For The Server And Disk Array, Confirmed By Warranty Documents Delivered With The Ordered Equipment, For A Period Consistent With The Submitted Offer, But Not Shorter Than 36 Months, E) Delivery Of A Brand New Operating System, Previously Unused And Not Activated On Another Device. Additionally, It Must Be Delivered With The Appropriate Original Legality Attributes Used By The Hardware Manufacturer Or Another Form Of Authentication Required By The Software Manufacturer, Depending On The Version Provided. If Necessary, The Ordering Party Will Communicate With The Manufacturer Of The Hardware Or Software And Verify On An Ongoing Basis The Legality Of Its Origin And Use, F) Installing The Above-Described Software On The Delivered Equipment, G) Installation, Connection And Configuration Of The Delivered Equipment In The Ordering Partys Server Room, H) Training Two Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Supplied Hardware And Software.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Set Out In The Annexes: A) Description Of The Subject Orders - Annex No. A To The Swz, B) Contract Template - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
