The Subject Of The Public Procurement Entitled Delivery Of Furniture And Basic Equipment As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of An Energy-Autonomous Public Building With The Possibility Of Temporary Accommodation Of People And Personnel Of The Civil Defense And The Armed Forces, Together With A Place For Emergency Shelter Divided Into 2 Parts: Part 1: Purchase And Delivery Of Furniture With Other Equipment, Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand-New Furniture With Other Equipment Along With Assembly In The Rooms Of The New Building At The Following Address: Powiatowy Zakład Dróg We Włocławek Z/S W Jarantowice, Jarantowice 5, 87-850 Choceń. The Delivered Equipment Will Be Brand New And Of Full Value, Unused Before, In Original Packaging, Undamaged, Complete And Suitable For Use. All Delivered Equipment Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order - If Required By Law - Must Have Appropriate, Current And Required Certificates, Quality Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity Or Markings Informing About Approval For Sale And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified By Applicable Law. Together With The Equipment, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding A Given Piece Of Equipment, Primarily Technical Documentation, Warranty Cards, Operation And Maintenance Manuals. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, It Is For Information Purposes Only. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent.
