Tenders Are Invited For Ict Hardware Supplies

The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Supplies Of Ict Hardware, Whereby The Contracting Authority Selects The Most Economically Advantageous Tender(S). The Estimate Of The Orders During The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including All Extension Options, Amounts To A Maximum Of € 13,700,000 Excluding Vat. For The Acquisition Of The Managed Print Services, The Contracting Authority Estimates An Additional € 1,200,000 For The Total Term, Including The Extension Options. In Addition To These Estimates, The Contracting Authority Uses An Uncertainty Factor Of Approximately 45 Percent, Partly Due To Market Developments, Fluctuations In Replacement Needs And Possible Technological Changes. This Brings The Maximum Value Of The Order To €20,000,000
